Yes, a proof will be sent to you with your details and photo 2-3 weeks before the event. You can submit changes before the deadline.

All Spotlight Moments are reviewed by our team as well as the purchaser. Unless we receive an email with changes from the purchaser, the proof is considered the approved final draft of the Spotlight Moment.

No, please do not edit your photograph in any way including removing the background. Due to the large scale of the Spotlight Moment, it is imperative to upload a high resolution photo. If you have specific requests regarding editing or cropping, please leave a note on your purchase in your cart.
